Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the LedgerWorks Pro Insider Community ("Community"). These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern your participation in the Community. By joining, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&Cs. If you do not agree, you should refrain from joining or participating.

2. Eligibility

  • Membership is exclusively open to UK-based accountants and bookkeepers.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have relevant professional experience.

  • LedgerWorks Pro reserves the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at its sole discretion without prior notice.
     

3. Community Participation

  • Members are expected to provide feedback, insights, and test software solutions in good faith.

  • Participation is voluntary; members may opt out at any time by notifying LedgerWorks Pro.

  • Members must provide honest and constructive feedback while maintaining professionalism and respect.

  • Any misuse of the Community, including but not limited to sharing confidential information, inappropriate behavior, or non-compliance with these T&Cs, will result in immediate removal.

  • Members must not engage in conduct that could harm the reputation or operations of LedgerWorks Pro.
     

4. Benefits & Consideration

  • Members will receive free access to beta versions of LedgerWorks Pro bookkeeping software.

  • Exclusive discounted pricing on additional LedgerWorks Pro tools and services will be available.

  • Members will gain early access to new features and have the opportunity to influence product development.

  • LedgerWorks Pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefits at its discretion, with or without notice.
     

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • Members may have access to proprietary, non-public, and confidential information regarding LedgerWorks Pro’s software, business plans, and technology.

  • Members agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use any confidential information for any purpose other than participation in the Community.

  • All feedback, suggestions, and contributions provided by members become the sole intellectual property of LedgerWorks Pro, without any obligation to compensate members.

  • Members waive any rights to claim ownership, royalties, or recognition for their contributions.
     

6. Termination & Withdrawal

  • Members may voluntarily withdraw from the Community at any time by providing written notice to LedgerWorks Pro.

  • LedgerWorks Pro reserves the right to remove any member at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these T&Cs, inactivity, or misconduct.

  • Upon withdrawal or removal, all benefits, including software access and discounts, will be immediately revoked.

  • Any confidential information obtained during participation must be destroyed or deleted upon termination.
     

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The software and related services provided to members are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties, express or implied.

  • LedgerWorks Pro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality of the software.

  • Members participate at their own risk, and LedgerWorks Pro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation.

  • LedgerWorks Pro is not responsible for any financial or business losses incurred by members as a result of reliance on the software or services provided.
     

8. Modifications & Amendments

  • LedgerWorks Pro reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these T&Cs at any time.

  • Any changes will be communicated to members, and continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
     

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these T&Cs shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
